I design interfaces for systems where operator error carries real-world cost: networked cyber-physical IoT, IEC 62443-certified industrial platforms, enterprise B2B SaaS, and real-time regulated transaction systems. I ship novel interaction models fast, co-develop with operators in the field, and have earned design a founding voice inside engineering-first organizations. The primitives I work in (anomaly dashboards, confirmation-gated destructive actions, role-scoped access, provable audit trails) carry across any domain where decisions have consequences. - Current confidential engagement (NDA): Product Design & AI Consultant for a North American enterprise SaaS niche leader in utility submetering and energy management. Designing enterprise SaaS products that transform complex metering, monitoring, and operational data into intuitive, decision-ready workflows for utilities, property managers, and enterprise customers.
- Introduced AI-native product design workflows using Claude Design and Claude Code, accelerating research synthesis, prototyping, design exploration, and engineering collaboration.
