An old green screen could only do one colour and no pictures, so everything had to be said with words, brightness and position. Those are hard constraints, and designing inside them is good practice. This page is me keeping in practice.
If your device is set to reduce motion, the flicker and the sliding band are removed outright, the blinking holds steady, the typing appears at once, and the building is drawn once and left still. You can still drag it.
